The Eagle Business Association works within our community to help make it a great place to live and work. Having local businesses working together helps make our town prosper and smile even more.

Some of the programs that The Eagle Business Association has proudly been involved in are listed below. We try to establish the consistency of these programs every year, along with any other new ideas to help the community with the input of our members.

• The printing of The Eagle Business Association Telephone Directory which is updated each year and is mailed to every Eagle resident and Post Office Box.
  
  
• The flags of the countries displayed in the downtown area, along with a sponsorship program for families who would like to dedicate a certain flag to a loved one, or just to display their proud heritage. The flags are hung in the month of June and taken down by the association before the winter winds blow each year. We have also added more United States Flags and POW flags. The entire Main Street of Eagle is decorated with flags to show our patriotism & respect for our soldiers overseas.
  
  
• Our community Christmas Tree, planted in Von Rueden Park next to the gazebo, is strung with lights by the members of our association during the holiday season, along with our annual Winter Hayride for a Canned Good, which helps to stock our area food pantry.
  
  
• Sponsoring a float for The Kettle Moraine Days Parade each year. Participating in this yearly event lets the area know that there are many services right in their home town that they could take advantage of. We also run a fund-raising booth (dunk tank) during the festival. The booth profits help fund our annual fall dinner and our web site. The Eagle Business Association also contributes a portion to the D.A.R.E Program @ Eagle Elementary. Working with both school and our local Law Enforcement.
  
  
• Participating in The Drop Everything and Read Program at Eagle Elementary each November, The Job Fair, and The Job Shadowing program which consists of having students tour your business, talking to a class regarding your business, having a student come to your business to observe, and participating in giving mock interviews at the high school.
  
  
• Eagle Business Association Community Rummage. Both the Town and Village residents participate for a small fee. Maps, advertising, & printing are all done by The Eagle Business Association. A portion of the proceeds is donated to important organizations that benefit our community.
  
  
• Business Members coming together with a Business After Five Event. Any business member can volunteer to host this event, serving refreshments & showing off their business establishment.  We try to have a Business After Five event every three months. A good mingling event amongst other business members and also a great way to get new members too ! 

These are just a few of our annual events that the Eagle Business Association takes part in plus our year end Fall Dinner meeting which is a wonderful time to enjoy each others company, along with good food and many smiles. Member participation will help this organization grow. We can all help each other if we all work together. Attending the two meetings we have a year would make this organization blossom even more. Business's getting to know one another and working together.
